I’m Amar Rehill — founder of PrizeHub Rewards Club. I grew up in Adelaide, left school at 15 to learn my trade with my hands, and eventually took those skills to the West Australian goldfields as a fly-in fly-out auto electrician.
For ten years I worked long rotations in remote sites — missing the ordinary moments that turn out to be the extraordinary ones. Birthdays. School runs. Sunday mornings. When Covid hit, the borders closed and I was stuck in WA for ten straight months. When travel eventually resumed, I spent three more years on a gruelling six weeks on, one week off roster. Those years were hard. They were also clarifying.
In the quiet nights between shifts, PrizeHub took shape. One question kept coming back to me:
