These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prize Hub, Inc. (“Prize Hub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Be a legal resident of the Australia or other eligible jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
3. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
To use the Platform, you must:

  • Payment Disputes: Contact us within 30 days of any billing issue. We will investigate and resolve disputes in good faith.
4. Giveaways and Promotions
To use the Platform, you must:
  • Separate Terms: Each giveaway and promotion is governed by specific Competition Terms (available on the giveaway page and in our Competition Terms document).
  • Member Entry: Active members in good standing are automatically entered into eligible giveaways unless they opt out.
  • No Purchase Necessary: While membership is required for entry, giveaways comply with "no purchase necessary" laws where applicable. Free entry methods are provided as required by law.
  • Prize Fulfillment: Winners are selected randomly and verified according to Competition Terms. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranties.
5. Partner Offers and Third-Party Services
Partner Discounts: We provide access to discounts from third-party partners. We are not responsible for partner products, services, or fulfillment. Third-Party Relationships: You understand that:
  • Partner offers are subject to partner terms and conditions.

  • Disputes regarding partner services must be resolved directly with the partner.

Membership Terms
These Membership Terms (“Terms”) govern your subscription to Prize Hub membership services. These Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Website Terms & Conditions.
By subscribing to a Prize Hub membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms.
1. Membership Overview
By accessing or using the Prize Hub platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Subscription and Billing
Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.
Billing Cycle: You will be charged:
  • Monthly members: On the same day each month.
  • Annual members: On the anniversary of your initial subscription date.
Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize Prize Hub to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including:
  • Membership subscription fees.
  • Any additional services or upgrades you purchase.
  • Applicable taxes.
Failed Payments: If payment fails:
  • We will attempt to process payment again.
  • You will receive email notification.
  • After 7 days, your membership may be suspended.
  • After 30 days, your membership may be terminated.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You must keep your payment information current.
Trade Promotion Terms
These Trade Promotion Terms govern all giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions (“Promotions”) conducted by Prize Hub, Inc.

Each individual Promotion may have specific rules and regulations. In the event of a conflict, the specific Promotion rules will control.

2. Entry Methods
Active members are automatically entered into all eligible Promotions during their membership period. No additional action required. Entries are issued in accordance with the promotion details. Free entry options may be available where required by law. Unless otherwise stated, members receive one entry per Promotion per membership period. Bonus entries are added to base entry.
3. Winner Selection
inners are selected through a random drawing conducted by an independent third-party verification service. Each Promotion specifies a drawing date. Drawings typically occur within 7 days of the entry period closing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If a winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
